Federation of European Producers of Abrasives (FEPA) Announces New Management Committee

Paris, France – June 19, 2024 – The Federation of European Producers of Abrasives (FEPA) is pleased to announce the election of its new Management Committee, validated by the General Assembly on June 7, 2024. The newly elected members will serve a two-year term, guiding FEPA towards continued innovation and excellence in the abrasives industry.

The presidency is led by Stefan Haag from Husqvarna Group, who has been elected as the new President of FEPA. He is joined by the Vice-President, Eric Verhimst from 3M’s Abrasive System Division in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, further strengthening the leadership team with their extensive industry expertise and strategic vision.

The Individual Members Representative, Alex Henderson from Roxor Abrasives, Netherlands has been re-elected for the second time whereas the independent expert, Reinhard joas, Joas Familien GmbH, Germany has also renewed his one-year term. The seven Direct Members Representatives elected are:

• Olaf ter Jung, Klingspor, Germany
• Rok Mezgec, Weiler Abrasives, Slovenia
• Fabrizio Peinetti, SAIT Abrasivi, Italy
• Arnaud Saint-Ourens, Saint Gobain Abrasives, France
• Maria Manuel Santos, INDASA, Portugal
• Stefan Sjöberg, Mirka, Finland
